My professional journey began in the world of data, foresight, and complex systems. I was (and remain) a firm believer in the power of technology to solve hard problems. When the current wave of AI emerged, I saw its potential to revolutionize strategy and create unprecedented efficiency.

Yet, as I worked with organizations to implement these powerful new tools, I witnessed a disturbing paradox: the more data and AI-driven answers we deployed, the more tentative, commoditized, and devoid of true authenticity the strategies became.

We are heading toward a future of brilliant machines and atrophied human intuition, a world where our most valuable asset was being systematically ignored. This realization created a profound conflict in my work.

The answer could not be to reject this incredible technology, nor could it be to blindly accept the erosion of our unique human faculties. A third path was necessary – a path of symbiosis.
